If you choose to pay by credit card, simply sign in to your MARCEL OSTERTAG account and add your card details in the payment method section. You can also save these details to your account. If you don't want to save your payment details in your account, you can simply enter them each time at checkout.

Instant Bank Transfer is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking details.

• You choose your country and your bank.
• You log in with your online banking details. The data is transmitted to your bank in encrypted form.
• Some banks will send an additional confirmation PIN to your smartphone, which you use once to confirm your transaction.
• As soon as the bank transfer has been successful, the merchant receives a confirmation and dispatches the order immediately.

Conditions for Pay Later (Invoice)

• To pay with Klarna, please note the following:
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna as a payment method.
• The billing address you provide must match your registered residential address.
• The maximum permitted purchase amount for a Klarna invoice is determined by a credit check carried out by Klarna and varies from person to person.
• If your purchase is declined, you may be able to try again with a lower amount.

Instructions in 5 easy steps
Paying with Klarna is simple - here's how it works:

Step 1 - Choose Klarna as your payment method and enter your billing and delivery information. Don't worry, your delivery address can differ from your billing and registered address.

Step 2 - Klarna then carries out an identity and credit check and verifies your information - this only takes a few seconds.

Step 3 - As soon as your details have been verified and your order has been authorised, we'll send you an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be forwarded to our warehouse for processing.

Step 4 - As soon as your order has been shipped, Klarna will send your invoice to the email address you provided when ordering. From the invoice date, you have 14 days to pay for your order. All payment information is stated on the invoice. Please state the reference number given on the invoice so your payment can be matched correctly.

Step 5 - Keep track of the status of your invoice via the Klarna portal.

You can see straight away in the email you receive from Klarna when your invoice is due.

Please note that late or non-payment of your Klarna invoice may negatively affect your creditworthiness. You can access your Klarna invoice at any time in your Klarna portal to keep track of it.
